🏆 Crochet Competition 2026
Our biggest competition yet!
📍 Leicester | 📅 August 2026
In August 2026, we brought our crochet community together for an afternoon of creativity, games, food and lots of crochet! Participants showcased their amazing work while competing for £100 in cash prizes, with £50 for first place, £30 for second and £20 for third. Everyone received a participation gift, and the event was also an opportunity for our community to come together and support our ongoing charity work.

💜 Coventry Lavender Workshop

In July 2026, Crochet by Zahra travelled to Coventry for a special lavender crochet workshop. Participants learned step-by-step how to create their own beautiful crochet lavender and left with a handmade bouquet of their own. It was such a lovely opportunity to take our workshops beyond Leicester and introduce our crochet community to new people!

A special Ramadan workshop where our students came together to crochet adorable watermelon creations while enjoying a relaxed and welcoming creative session. Our seasonal workshops are designed to give students the chance to try something different while creating memories together.
